25ml gin
15ml Chambord
Champagne, to top up
Rose petals or raspberries, to garnish
Mix the Gin and Chambord in a cocktail shaker with ice, serve into a flute and top up with Champagne (or prosecco) and garnish with a couple of scrummy raspberries.
